We welcome all new patients to our practice. At your first appointment, we require you to fill out a detailed dental and medical history form so our team can make knowledgable decisions about your treatment.
Emergency appointments are available. You should not delay pursuing dental treatment as it may result in a more severe emergency. If you are experiencing any dental difficulty, contact our clinic immediately to arrange an appointment as soon as possible.
At our clinic, we require payment on the day of treatment. We accept all health funds and can process your claim through HICAPS at your appointment. Always remember to bring your health fund card with you to every consultation.
Most health fund providers will have fixed rebates for particular services, regardless of the fees charged by your dentist. The level of rebate received also depends on your type of cover, and the premium paid. There are also other factors involved such as annual limits on the total amount that may be claimed and waiting periods before a plan is activated.
Our clinic participates in the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme. Basic dental services can be provided at no charge to eligible children aged between 2 and 17 years. The cost of these dental services is capped at $1000 over 2 successive years.
We accept Veterans with an eligible gold card and some services for white card holders. DVA will fund most dental services necessary to meet a clinical need.
Please present your Gold or White DVA Health Card at the beginning of a consultation or before you receive treatment.
Ask us about our dental payment plans for more extensive dental work. This can be a beneficial way for you to pay for the cost of your dental treatment over a period of time. If you are a an existing patient with questions regarding your payment plan, please contact our team.
